This Privacy Policy explains how this studio ("we", "us") — a tattoo studio in the United States — collects, uses, and protects your information when you use this website, submit a booking request, or fill out one of our forms or consents.
When you submit a booking request, we collect what you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, pronouns, the city you're coming from, whether you're over 18, your tattoo idea (description, size, placement, budget, reference notes), any reference images you upload, your availability, how you found us, and any comments.
When you complete a consent, waiver, or intake form, we collect your answers to that form, the name you type as your electronic signature, an optional email address, and — as part of recording that you signed — the date and time of signing and the IP address the form was submitted from. Typing your name and agreeing constitutes your electronic signature.
Like most websites, when you visit we (and our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare) automatically receive certain technical information such as your IP address and basic device/browser information, used to serve the site, keep it secure, and understand aggregate traffic.
To protect our booking and form pages from automated abuse and spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may collect information about your device and browser to assess whether you are a human, and processes that information on our behalf. Turnstile is designed to be privacy-preserving and is not used to track you across sites or for advertising. Your use of Turnstile on our site is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some strictly necessary technology (for example, Cloudflare's security tooling) may set essential tokens needed to operate and protect the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
We keep booking information for as long as needed to respond to and manage your inquiry and appointment. Signed consents and waivers are kept as business and legal records for as long as reasonably necessary. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (below). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and individuals in the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your information is stored and processed on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. Access to the studio's admin tools is restricted to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are intended for adults. Tattoo bookings and consents require confirming that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
